Required Skills:
Project Management: Minimum two years of experience in the gaming industry, driving game development projects from concept to launch.
Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving project goals and successful delivery.
Team Collaboration: Effective teamwork and driving results collectively.
Organizational Skills: Excellent project management and timeline management.
Programming (Bonus): Bonus points for programming skills and experience in developing games.
Game Design (Bonus): Additional advantage for game design skills and a deep understanding of UX principles.
Responsibilities:
Oversee game projects from inception to launch.
Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure successful execution.
Lead and motivate the team for optimized productivity.
Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on project progress.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Assess project performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
